Senior Clinician - Licensed

Location: Bridgewater, MA - Bridgewater State Hospital

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 

Pay rate: $83,200-$104,000/annually

The Senior Clinician, in conjunction with the Program Director is responsible for:

• The clinical/educational operations of the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) for Bridgewater State Hospital. Provides documented individual and group clinical services to patients with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring disorders participating in Spectrum’s Opioid Treatment Program (OTP).

Qualifications:

• LADC I, LMHC or LICSW who has at least a master's degree in one of the following disciplines or a closely related field: clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work
• Minimum of two years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience.
• At least one-year full time equivalent year of clinical experience in a supervisory role .
• Experience with both substance use and mental health disorders.
• Experience with working in custodial facility preferred.
