Epic Training Center Operations Supervisor

The Epic Training Center Operations Supervisor provides administrative assistance to leadership as needed. Responsible for assisting in the implementation of training programs and use of assessment and tracking tools of attendees. The training center operations supervisor is responsible for all operations of the training center including scheduling and facility maintenance and day-to-day supervision of assigned staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees and assists team members in assigned functional area, which may include but not limited to, ensuring team is meeting key-deliverables and quality standards, addressing and resolving challenges, managing and tracking performance, and assisting in time management and scheduling; escalates issues to senior leaders as needed.
- Establishes, maintains, and coordinates classroom and space availability in support of master training class schedule and requirements assuring the timing, sequence, room capacity and materials needs are consistently met and run smoothly.
- Oversees training schedule coordinator activities, including the orientation and training, maintenance of tracking and reporting database(s). May serve as backup if needed.
- Oversees and coordinates the processes and team involved in securing CME credit authorization.
- Assists with learning management system and database administration as needed.
- Serves as main point of contact for facility maintenance issues. Coordinates with IHS facility management staff to resolve problems. Adheres to physical occupancy limits, safety codes and other regulatory requirements regarding facility management.
- Develops, implements, maintains and supports training center emergency preparedness plans in coordination with IHS facility management/security policies and procedures and regulatory standards.
- Manages availability and maintenance of any equipment that may be needed for training purposes; e.g., computers, LCD projectors, audio visual equipment, etc.
- Coordinates with trainers and other department staff to assure that materials, supplies or other needs are met.
- Collaborates to ensure invoice processing for department and facility/classroom supply orders.
- Oversees and coordinates the processes and team involved in securing CME credit authorization.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate's Degree (or relevant experience in lieu of degree)
- Experience: 3-5 years related experience
