Benefits Administration Project Manager

The Role
The Verification Services team is responsible for all aspects of ongoing Dependent and Event Verification, as well as conducting and managing Dependent Audits. As a Project Manager 2 on the Verification Services team, you will play a key role in delivering client solutions, managing project plans and commitments, driving process improvements, and supporting the growth and development of team members.
Creates and manages project budgets based on scope and resource requirements, and proactively communicates project risks, issues, and recommended course corrections.
- Maintains project plans and monitors progress to accurately reflect project scope, deliverables and timeline
- Leads discussions around trends and process improvement opportunities and communicates to the appropriate leadership group
- Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to draft change orders for out-of-scope work as per Change Control process
- Learns and applies WTW standard practices and standard tools
- Mentors, grows, and leads team members
- Collaborates to deliver quality of ongoing service delivery and adheres to established Project Manager standards
- Performs and manages all responsibilities related to the Project Manager-2 role and complies with our security protocol

The Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Project and Word
- Has basic understanding of regulations that apply to benefits administration
- Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, with the flexibility and accountability to deliver multiple projects with quality and excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and client service orientation
- Ability to work both independently and on client teams, including virtual work teams with members in different geographic regions
- Demonstrates flexibility, accountability, and ability to deliver multiple projects with quality and excellence
- Ability to work extended hours as needed
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.
