We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations across shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are key.Receive and inspect incoming materials; verify quantities and part numbers against packing slips and purchase orders
Stock inventory and assign bin locations as needed
Pick, pack, and process orders accurately and efficiently
Package materials to ensure safe delivery; build crates/skids when required
Process shipments using carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, LTL) and stage for pickup
Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
Load/unload trucks and coordinate shipments as needed
Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, carts, ladders, etc.)
Assist with hose assembly and light fabrication work when required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order picking experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems
Team-oriented with good communication skills
