<p><span><b>Job Title</b></span></p>Senior Valuer<p><b><span>Job Description Summary</span></b></p><p><span><b>Job Description</b></span></p><p><b>Your Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Independently preparing valuation reports and appraisals in both Polish and English</p></li><li><p>Managing valuation projects independently, including portfolio valuations</p></li><li><p>Conducting property inspections across Poland</p></li><li><p>Maintaining and developing relationships with clients</p></li><li><p>Collecting transactional data and conducting real estate market analyses</p></li><li><p>Collaborating closely with the internal team</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Our Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Higher education (preferred fields: economics, law, technical disciplines such as geodesy, spatial planning, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Certified Property Valuer license (Rzeczoznawca Majątkowy)</p></li><li><p>REV and RICS qualifications are a strong advantage</p></li><li><p>3–5 years of professional experience in valuing commercial real estate, including portfolios</p></li><li><p>Strong report writing skills in both Polish and English</p></li><li><p>Fluent English (spoken and written)</p></li><li><p>Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, including Macros)</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical thinking skills</p></li><li><p>High attention to detail, reliability, and timely execution</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently on assigned tasks</p></li><li><p>Excellent teamwork skills</p></li><li><p>Programming skills (e.g., Visual Basic, Python) are a plus</p></li><li><p>Experience with GIS mapping applications (e.g., QGIS) is an asset</p></li></ul><p></p><br/><p></p><br/><p></p><br/><p></p><p></p><br/><p></p><p></p><br/><p></p><p></p><br/><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>INCO: “Cushman &amp; Wakefield”
