Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability, System Safety and Supportability.

Job Summary:
As the LTAMDS Maintenance, Logistics, and Configuration Management Engineer you will provide subject matter expertise (SME) support to the LTAMDS radars and site personnel as they navigate the maintenance, logistics, and configuration management tasks within their system of record.
The varied and challenging duties of this position will allow you to support from your home base facility in support of the LTAMDS System. As a member of the LTAMDS team, you will work alongside CONUS and OCONUS employees directly tied to supporting and assisting fielded major end items (MEIs) to ensure maximum maintainability, supportability and sustainability across the fleet. Your expertise is needed in tracking, auditing, and supporting of all maintenance, logistics, and configuration management efforts.
This position is ONSITE.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
In this role, you’ll use your robust radar system engineering, technical skills, knowledge of operator and maintainer tasks, and inventory management, to support CONUS and OCONUS operations as it pertains to maintenance, logistics, and configuration management.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Overseeing the Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) data integrity through data trend analysis and audits
General ALCS support / assistance to include but not limited to helping end-users navigate processes/procedures based on the LTAMDS ALCS standard operating procedure (SOP)
Maintaining the LTAMDS ALCS SOP; updating and editing the document as process trends occur & efficiencies are identified
Overseeing the ALCS configuration management which includes the as-built and as-maintained configurations for LTAMDS
Overseeing & aiding with standardizing Job Orders to identify common language/buzz words to help streamline engineering analyses for LTAMDS
Collaborating with sites to ensure proper materials and engineering assets are procured, packaged, and shipped in support of pre-planned maintenance activities
Coordinating the logistics movements in support of the pre-planned maintenance activities, to include but not limited to, overseeing procurement, consolidating shipments, identifying packing lists, and ensuring proper staffing is allocated
Tracking and reporting on logistics execution in support of the fielded MEIs
This job may require as much as 10% travel to support the LTAMDS program and site personnel
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically Requires: Bachelor's degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience with radar system components, operations and/or maintenance procedures
Experience with data management, data analytics, and data auditing
