Customer Experience Specialist

Role + Responsibilities  

• Support customers, representatives, and Endress+Hauser sales team with non-technical sales requests through frontline channels such as phone and Salesforce. 
• Support Sales Engineers by maintaining opportunities, creating statistical Project Control Number, assisting in pipeline management and providing data analysis for the region. 
• Support Customer Fulfillment by managing and maintaining accurate labeling of sales backlog, evaluating non-transferred orders, addressing technical issues with involvement of Process Automation Engineer or Sales Engineer on Salesforce.
• Facilitate new customer, vendor and endress.com setups by collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders.  
• Management of regional shared inbox, including order management, and distributing Purchase Orders to representatives. 
• Generate Salesforce tasks from emails containing open opportunities or forward them to the appropriate regional technical resource. 
• Operate as the liaison between our representatives and the Production Center for non-technical needs. 

Qualification + Profile  

• Associates degree or at least 3 years of relevant experience in SAP, Salesforce, or other relevant tools 
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner to external and internal customers 
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP, Salesforce) 
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively  
• Ability to travel up to 5% as needed
