Responsibilities

Overseeing AM Delivery Process: Supervise the timely and accurate delivery of Bakery, Commissary, and Warehouse items to retail operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. Manage a team of up to seven individuals to ensure smooth operations.

• Inventory Management:

  • Enter all vendor invoices accurately.
  • Ensure precise fulfillment of warehouse orders.
  • Place vendor orders for restocking warehouse inventory.
  • Perform various inventory-related tasks to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Logistics Coordination:

  • Assist in managing logistics for the Self-Service Kiosk program, ensuring proper stocking and maintenance.
  • Place daily orders to replenish Clutch Grab & Go items.

• Team Management:

  • Participate in the hiring process and oversee onboarding training for new hires.
  • Ensure new employees have access to necessary training and reward programs.
  • Conduct semester evaluations for part-time hourly direct reports.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Permit if hired.
• Valid Utah driver’s license to perform essential job responsibilities, such as driving university vehicles and transporting materials 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, FDA regulations).
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software.
• Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
