As a Service Delivery Manager you will ensure that we maximize our short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution. You will oversee the on-time delivery, contract adherence and payment for our customers. You will coordinate job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure we deliver to our customers.

As a Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for:

• Following and recording internal and external Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures to ensure a safe, compliant environment

• Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and ensure customer success

• Building successful long term customer relationships that lead to high levels of customer satisfaction and contract growth

• Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars.

• Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.

• Coordinating and monitor all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.

• Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.

• Being familiar with the assigned client’s process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

• Minimum of 10 years experience in Well Construction

• Two years of P&L experience is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of field services protocols and processes

• Previous experience coordinating within an O&G environment

• Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues

• Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

• Experience working with multiple internal teams to execute logistics to meet customer requirements
