Sr. Product Manager

<h2>What's the role?</h2> <p>The Automotive Solutions Initiatives team is managing initiatives critical to the evolution of the automotive portfolio. This includes the introduction of products to support the emerging software-defined vehicles, with themes around streaming maps, map feedback processes, referencing models. The team handles topics related to product packaging, pricing, updating models, delivery approach, and product integration. Furthermore, the team engages in the evolution of classic content products to ensure business continuity for existing customers.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with stakeholders to understand market needs and translate them into product descriptions that can be executed by the technical teams</li> <li>Ideate with internal stakeholders and external partners on market needs for software-defined vehicles focused on content and solutions, to formulate critical product principles and requirements.</li> <li>Align with internal teams (strategy, product, customer org, architecture a.o.) to initiate proof-of-concept development for products or product components and validate such PoC phases in the market</li> <li>Validate design concepts from a technical and business perspective.</li> <li>Represent the product external to customers and use customer engagements to drive the portfolio aligned to market needs</li> <li>Collect and aggregate high-level requirements from Product, Sales, Engineering in a collaborative manner and translate into a product roadmap         </li> <li>Maintain a product roadmap with related execution plan that balances priorities, cost, schedule, and tradeoffs, in collaboration with the stakeholders.</li> <li>Identify risk and issues for the portfolio, with mitigation plans, and escalate where necessary</li> </ul> <h2>Who are you?</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Geospatial Information, or a related field.</li> <li>A business oriented product manager with a capability to transform product ideas to a proof-of-concept in pre-development</li> <li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product or Portfolio Management.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in managing all aspects of the product lifecycle, from ideation to successful market delivery.</li> <li>Proven ability to navigate between high-level product strategy and addressing individual customer needs effectively.</li> <li>Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives and deliver projects under tight deadlines.</li> <li>Solid domain knowledge of navigation maps and spatial data, with good understanding of usage of such data in software components. </li> <li>Ability to work with unknowns and evolving product needs, where the overarching product strategy as the north-star is leading</li> <li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we offer?</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Innovative and modern technologies</li> <li>Truly international team of fantastic &amp; talented people from 60+ countries worldwide, working from strong tech hubs located in Europe, US and Asia and multiple smaller locations</li> <li>A great work-life balance</li> <li>Challenging problems to solve</li> <li>Collaborative and encouraging colleagues</li> <li>Opportunities to learn, grow and develop</li> <li>Flexible working hours</li> <li>Competitive salary plus bonus</li> <li>Employee wellness programs and life-coaching sessions </li> </ul> <p>  <strong>Change is HERE.
