The same way that early adopters developed a competitive advantage in the 1980s with software and in the early 2000s with the internet, we believe that companies that actively invest in understanding and applying Gen AI to their business will develop a competitive advantage over those that do not. At Glovo we have decided to actively invest in applying Gen AI across our business (vs letting it happen more organically) and are looking to find the leader that will own and drive that adoption.</p> <h4><strong>YOUR MISSION</strong></h4> <p>We are seeking a strategic leader to own the application of Gen AI technology across our organization. This role will focus on applying Gen AI to both internal processes as well as customer facing products and services with the goal of improving productivity and effectiveness.</p> <p>The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of our business and its processes, have experience leading and delivering large and complex projects, be technically literate (able to understand/ learn/ identify Gen AI’s capabilities and its applications) and be deeply excited about the technology.</p> <h4><strong>THE JOURNEY</strong></h4> <ol> <li><strong>Strategic Leadership:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the adoption and integration of Generative AI technologies across the company.</li> <li>Collaborate with leadership to align AI initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Partner with business and tech to identify opportunities for Gen AI applications</li> <li>Foster a culture of innovation by educating teams on Generative AI capabilities and encourage its adoption.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Project Management:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for Generative AI initiatives, from ideation and prototype development to implementation
