Description & Requirements

The Senior Director, Technology Partnerships will be responsible for managing the strategic relationships with Infor’s most valuable Technology Partners, including AWS, and contributing to profitable growth through co-innovation and execution of joint GTM motions.

Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Define the vision for the global Technology Partnership team and drive execution of strategic programs in support of all BUs, products, and geographies (reporting into the SVP of Business Development)
• Explore opportunities to create joint IP that augments Infor’s own technology / capabilities and enables us to better solve customer problems across end-to-end processes (in collaboration with Product and Solution Consulting teams)
• Implement standard partnership frameworks and incentive models in collaboration with other Business Development leaders
• Work in partnership with the BU-specific marketing, sales, and GTM leadership to design and orchestrate effective joint campaigns and sales plays that result in incremental pipeline and ACV bookings
• Collaborate with Field Communications, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations to maximize adoption of new programs and processes
• Coordinate and govern “test and learn” pilots with local teams to build GTM models that can be repeated at scale
• Provide guidance to evaluate incremental requests for joint investment, including MDF distribution, and ensure rigorous prioritization grounded in economic thinking with clear accountability for results

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience managing strategic, technical partnerships in a SaaS environment
• Demand planning experience
• Experience presenting and communicating with executive leadership with the ability to articulate the corporate vision, strategies and technology  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Program management experience – launching programs globally or regionally, collaborating with local teams to tailor programs by market, and driving teams to activate, scale, and measure success
