We are seeking a Cyber Mission Integration and Capability Planner to support the integration of Special Access Program (SAP) capabilities into USSF cyberspace warfare operations and help mature the directorate’s processes, governance, and analytical capabilities. This role serves as both a mission integrator and S9 capability builder, connecting SAP-enabled capabilities, cyber operations, organizational design, analysis, and operational learning to improve cyber support for Space Mission and Systems Deltas.

Work you'll do
As a Cyber Mission Integration & Capability Planner on the Cyber Defense & Resilience team, you will be responsible for:
- Integrating Special Access Program-enabled cyber capabilities into cyberspace warfare planning and execution in support of Space Mission and Systems Deltas
- Translating mission needs into capability recommendations, governance actions, and operational priorities across technical and mission stakeholders
- Conducting studies, assessments, and analysis to identify gaps, inform decisions, and improve cyber mission effectiveness
- Developing and maintaining processes, briefing materials, and decision-support products that support organizational design, planning, and operational learning
- Coordinating with U.S. Space Force leadership, acquisition stakeholders, mission partners, and technical teams to align cyber capabilities with mission requirements

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in network engineering, computer science, information systems, software engineering, programming, or another cyber-related field
- 7+ years of professional technical experience in cyber defense or cybersecurity, including engineering, networking, systems integration, solutions development, cyber operations, or mission support
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience in at least 3 of the following areas: containerized or virtualized environment
