We are renowned for our expertise in Product Culture and Product Management and serve as a vital reference point for these fields in Italy.

Job Description:

We are actively seeking Middle/Junior Product Managers to join our innovative team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformations for R5 Labs' top clients, supporting large, global, multinational fintech organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies aligned with client goals and industry trends.

• Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable product plans.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, keeping the company at the forefront of industry innovation.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional products on time and within budget.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Flexibility: You need to have the ability to work in agile environments and quickly adapt to changes. Be flexible and open to feedback, able to pivot the product strategy when necessary. 
• Self Motivation: Ideal candidate can set priorities, stay on track, and drive the project forward even when faced with challenges.
• Attention to Detail: Essential for ensuring the product aligns with its requirements, meets quality standards, and provides a positive user experience.
• UI/UX Experience: Understanding UI/UX principles is important for creating products that are functional, user friendly, and appealing.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
