ROLE SUMMARY:  
As a Manager of Logistics, you will lead the weekly execution of international shipments from 12+ breweries, ensuring coordination among transportation, ocean bookings, and production to reduce inventory risk and drive efficiency. Acting as the central liaison between teams in the U.S., Prague, and Mexico, this role oversees day-to-day export operations and partners with corporate logistics, brewery teams, and freight providers to deliver cost-effective, on-time service.

Key responsibilities include managing export orders through the supply chain, participating in risk routines to develop contingency plans, and leveraging multiple systems to analyze production schedules, customer forecasts, and warehouse inventories. A strong focus on service levels, issue resolution, and continuous improvement is essential to success in this leadership role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support weekly execution plan for 12+ breweries to ensure shipments/transportation/ocean bookings are aligned to maximize direct loading and reduce export floor inventory risk 
  • Serve as liaison between 3 zones: US, Prague, Mexico to support daily operational tasks
  • Collaborate directly with corporate logistics, planning, brewery teams, and transportation providers to pull export shipments through the supply chain
  • Participate in weekly risk routines to help mitigate future risk and create contingency plans to sustain green KPIs.
  • Support orders through the supply chain process for customers in export markets worldwide, ensuring orders meet customer expectations and are delivered on time to support positive impacts to service level
  • Utilize multiple systems to analyze production schedules, customer forecasts, and warehouse inventories for export order placement
  • Serve as a transportation liaison between freight forwarders, inland truckers, and breweries while applying cost reduction techniques
  • Address operational topics with a sense of urgency and make sure operations are servicing internal SLA’s

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or IT.    
  • 3-5 years of logistics experience    
  • 1-2 years Product Supply system experience      
  • Prior brewery experience a plus
  • Understanding of statistical analysis
  • Leadership skiof lls, ability to lead change
