The Opportunity
Participate in an Audit Early Talent Development Program (ETDP) designed to build technical internal audit skills, professional development skills, and financial services industry knowledge to jumpstart a career in internal audit. High performing college undergrad graduates will apply what they learn through an audit life cycle simulation based training, while working in one of our 6 audit teams for 2-3 month rotations. #LI-DNPIndividual training and hands-on opportunities will focus on achieving a working knowledge of internal audit while developing skills pertaining to assessing risks, understanding internal controls, analyzing information/data, documenting workpapers, and effective communications (written and oral). The program also focuses on successfully transitioning participants from “campus to corporate” by developing skills such as networking, presenting, coaching and feedback, leading 1 on 1 discussions with their manager.

The Work Itself
Upon completion of the Early Talent Development Program, primary job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:- Application of foundational audit skills, including an intermediate understanding of internal control concepts
- Execution and documentation of audit tests in accordance with Audit Services policies and procedures
- Completion of audits within defined plans, budgets and schedules
- Demonstration and participation as an ETDP Ambassador (e.g. recruiting activities, mentoring, etc.)
