Position Summary
Reporting to the SVP, Neuroscience Commercialization, the U.S. Brand Lead, KarXT, Alzheimer’s Disease Psychosis (ADP), is a critical leadership role within the Neuroscience organization. This role is charged with ensuring U.S. launch readiness and the U.S. commercialization of KarXT in ADP, if approved by the FDA. This leader will be responsible for ensuring strong matrix collaboration across Brand, Global Commercial Strategy (GCS), Medical, Market Access, Sales, Legal and Business Insight & Analytics in line with the Neuroscience objectives.

As a key commercial leader in the U.S. organization we are looking for a leader who can contribute not only to the success of the brand but also contribute at broader business unit and enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities
- The US Brand Lead will be responsible for ensuring launch success of KarXT in ADP, if approved by the FDA.
- This leader will be responsible for the development of all aspects of the U.S. KarXT ADP commercial strategy. She or He will be accountable for leading a team of talented professionals with diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives to support current and future indications, and managing this team with Inclusion to ensure we are enhancing our competitiveness and driving innovation for the ultimate benefit of patients.
- Additionally, working in close partnership with the U.S. Brand Lead for Cobenfy Psychiatry, as well as, key matrix functions such as GCS, Business Insight & Analytics, Medical, Market Access, Sales, and Legal, this leader will ensure a fully aligned and integrated strategy across indications and all matrix functions to deliver a seamless launch to U.S. customers.
- The U.S. Brand Lead will have full commercial P&L ownership for the indication and accountability for delivering against all financial and forecast targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA or other Advanced Degree Preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of pharmaceutical experience with a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience; Sales and marketing leadership, with P&L management preferred.
- Strong leadership skills to lead/contribute to the overall strategic planning and execution of key deliverables
- Prior Health Care Practitioner marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in customer focus, insight mining, message development and marketing analytics.
- Individual should have proven track record demonstrating breadth and depth across marketing competencies, BMS values and exemplary achievement of performance objectives.
- Proven track record of effectively and efficiently driving performance within a matrix organization with strong organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and executive collaboration required.
- Ability to develop and manage strong customer relationships
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and handle complexity as well as operate under pressure while leading a pioneering organization in a highly competitive market.
- Neuroscience experience strongly preferred.
- U.S. launch experience strongly preferred.
- Willing to travel up to 25%
