Licensed Mental Health Therapist — Direct Care Focus
📍 Remote – Maryland Licensed Only

Backpack Healthcare is actively prioritizing fully licensed therapists with direct psychotherapy experience to meet growing patient demand across Maryland. We are seeking clinicians who are comfortable independently managing caseloads and delivering high-quality virtual therapy to children, teens, and young adults.

Provisionally licensed clinicians may be considered only when supervision capacity allows.

💰 Compensation
• $65 per billable hour — LCSW-C / LCPC / LMFT (independently licensed)
• $45 per billable hour — LMSW / LGPC (requires supervision; limited openings)

⏰ Schedule
Part-Time or Full-Time
Preferred hours: Weekdays 2 PM – 9 PM
Weekend availability is a plus!

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
  • Conduct intakes and treatment planning
  • Manage an independent caseload
  • Collaborate with psychiatry and clinical leadership
  • Complete documentation in EHR
  • Target 15–36 sessions/week

✅ Required Qualifications

• Active Maryland license: LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated direct psychotherapy experience (not solely case management/community work)
  • Ability to practice independently in a remote environment
  • Passion for pediatric behavioral health
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
