Distribution Center Specialist (Warehouse Associate)

What does a cell phone in your pocket, a spaceship, and an electric vehicle have in common?   Ellsworth Adhesives specs in materials in each of those products!   Ellsworth Corporation, a global, industry leading distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment currently has a Distribution Center Specialist opportunity available. This role reports into our Specialty Chemical Distribution (SCD) Division located in Germantown, WI.   The Distribution Center Specialist performs a combination of two core Distribution Center responsibilities listed below or a combination of one core function and multiple general support functions on a daily, or as needed basis, with little or no supervision.   RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Executes Distribution Center core functions of Receiving, Picking, Shipping & Documentation.
• Provides general support activities to the operation such as stocking product, conducting cycle counts, operating power equipment and product labeling.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 0+ years of related industrial experience and/or training (1+ years of related industrial experience and/ or training preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalency (GED, HSED)
• Experienced in Microsoft Office programs 
• Proven ability to handle great attention to detail
• Understand, comprehend, and execute multiple processes and systems
• Flexible to new processes
• Experience working in a technical, data driven, environment
• Experience working with lot tracked, hazardous and temperature control products
• Experience using RF devices and Warehouse Management systems a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Forklift certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
