Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Development Strategy and Leadership

  • Lead the global training strategy for Lease Administration, ensuring alignment with Cushman & Wakefield’s operational goals and client service standards.
  • Continuously evolve the global training program to reflect changing market dynamics, evolving employee profiles, and business priorities—integrating hands-on account exposure, practical application, and scenario-based learning to ensure real-world readiness and long-term skill retention.
  • Manage a team of training specialists responsible for onboarding new hires and delivering ongoing learning programs across regions.
  • Manage all aspects of talent development for a global team of Training Specialists, including performance evaluation, compensation planning, career path development, recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and day-to-day support to ensure team effectiveness and engagement. Align the right individuals to the right roles to optimize team performance and growth. Act as a player-coach by actively participating in training delivery, modeling best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. Collaborate with global and regional leadership to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and implement scalable learning solutions.
  • Drive ongoing improvement of the training program to ensure team members are well-positioned to succeed in their roles in a timely manner.
  • Drive the adoption of mentoring and knowledge-sharing frameworks to support career progression and succession planning.

Content & Curriculum Design

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive, modular training curriculum tailored to various roles within Lease Administration, including lease abstraction, data management, quality control, client reporting, account management and portfolio administration-related financial management.
  • Create engaging, interactive learning content using instructional design best practices and tools such as Articulate, Captivate, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Standardize global training materials while allowing for regional customization to meet local compliance and client-specific requirements.
  • Oversee the development of eLearning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and knowledge base articles to support blended learning approaches.
  • Ensure all training content is regularly reviewed and updated to reflect process changes, system enhancements, and client expectations.
  • Maintain a centralized training content portal by ensuring all materials are current, accurately versioned, and securely stored. Regularly update the portal with the latest training modules, remove outdated or obsolete content, and implement robust version control practices. Manage user access to safeguard content integrity and take proactive measures to prevent data loss or unauthorized deletion.

Measurement and Reporting

  • Design and maintain dashboards to track training participation, completion rates, effectiveness, learning outcomes, and performance improvement metrics.
  • Leverage analytics, including employee and leadership feedback, internal trackers indicative of service quality and issues, surveys and other tools to inform decision-making and demonstrate training ROIs.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Operations teams to integrate training metrics with broader performance dashboards.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership using data visualizations and executive summaries.

Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with HR, Operations, Technology Data Services (TDS) and Client Services to align training with performance management and employee engagement strategies.
  • Facilitate feedback loops with learners, managers, and clients to continuously improve training effectiveness and relevance.

Stay current on industry trends, lease administration best practices, and learning technologies to enhance program delivery and learner engagement.
