Daily Rate: $ 800

 

GFT is seeking a dynamic Senior Workday Product Specialist to help shape and grow our client’s Workday practice. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of an expanding team, helping drive teams across the US and South America.

Responsibilities:

 

• Supports Workday implementation and maintenance;

 

• Partners with HR team on Workday implementation;

 

• Collaborates with teams and people from different levels and backgrounds across the organization;

 

• Handles confidential documentation and highly sensitive information on a daily basis;

 

 

Mandatory Requirements:

 

• 6+ years’ experience as Project Manager, ideally in Financial Services;
• Prior experience supporting a HR team with Workday implementation & maintenance;
• Extensive knowledge of Workday HCM and understanding of downstream impacts to its various modules: benefits, absence, talent, performance, recruiting, compensation and administration;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written);
• Proven ‘customer service’ skills - ability to interact with all levels of employees across the firm;
• Self-motivated with proven track record to multitask and handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong organizational, time management, and collaboration skills;
• Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information and confidential situations;
