Regional Operations Coordinator/Manager (Manufacturing/Logistics)

About the Position: Regional Operations Manager is a critical role in the success of our Global Water Technology warehouse, production, and distribution centers. They manage the day-to-day activities in these facilities including the office and warehouse spaces ensuring we can provide the resources needed for our field personnel as well as our customers. Desired skills include leadership, problem solving, conflict management, people management, accountability, delegation, and the ability to work under pressure.

Summary of Duties:

• Making sure that all office and warehouse operations run smoothly and align with quality standards

Work closely with internal departments, to align logistics activities with overall business goals

• Interact with field personnel and customers for order management, customer service, invoicing, and receivables

• Interact with vendors for parts, supplies, chemistry to support our customer base and field personnel

• Monitor cost of products and adjusts pricing based on gross margins working with the business operations team

• Employ means to keep company costs controlled for operation of office and warehouse spaces

• Work with primary production and secondary production vendors to maintain adequate inventory in warehouse

• Ensure all safety procedures are followed in the operation of the office and warehouse spaces

• Work with the existing ERP system for customer management

Requirements

Typical Experience:

• Office Management
• Warehouse/Logistics Management (DOT safety knowledge a plus)
• Vendor Management
• Accounts Payable / Receivable
• Customer Service Management

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's license.

• Ability to pass drug test/screening.

• Ability to pass background check.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Working Conditions: This role is an office-based position with duties that require some work in a warehouse environment.

The position will occasionally be expected to be available outside of standard business hours to support job function, at the office, via phone, email, or at company events. The position may involve occasional overnight travel.

Physical Requirements: This role may require occasional lifting (40 lbs or less), the ability stand for potentially long periods of time and regular physical activity.
