We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon.</p><p></p><p><b>Senior Associate HR Ops - Continuous improvement (</b><b>English plus one of the following languages: Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, or German)</b></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>In this role, a typical day will include:</b></p><ul><li>Analyzing and modeling business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation</li><li>Standardizing processes across EMEA country scope</li><li>Designing automation solutions tailored to the company’s needs</li><li>Implementing tools such as scripts, macros or workflows</li><li>Supporting existing RPA tools through continuous optimization</li><li>Testing, deploying, and maintaining solutions using RPA tools</li><li>Preparing thorough documentation and reporting results directly to Senior Management</li><li>Providing training and operational support to users</li><li>Strong collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams</li><li>Acting as an advisor and change ambassador – participating in project meetings, helping define process goals, and proposing new solutions to improve daily operations</li><li>Providing ad-hoc operational support to various teams (MDM/Payroll) as per business need</li></ul><p></p><p><b>WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:</b></p><ul><li>About 5 years of experience supporting Master Data Management/<b>Payroll/</b>Time Systems &amp; Processes</li><li>Experience in supporting countries in Center regional area including knowledge of local labor law and regulatory statutes</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills with proven track record of influencing senior business leaders</li><li>Strong command of MS Office suite with special emphasis on MS Excel, Power platform</li><li>Technical skills – Workday, Service Now.
