Role Summary
As a Salesforce Intern, you’ll gain real-world experience supporting the bank’s Salesforce platform — a key system that connects teams and drives customer relationships. You’ll collaborate with business and technology partners to manage and analyze data, document processes, and support platform enhancements. This internship offers hands-on learning for students interested in technology, business analysis, and IT management.
Key Accountabilities
Analyze and transform spreadsheet data for upload into Salesforce.
Validate and match data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Document business concepts and system processes using Confluence.
Write user stories in Jira to capture requirements and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support Salesforce use cases.
Assist with configuration tasks or system testing under supervision.
Contribute ideas to streamline data processes and improve user experience.
Education & Experience
Required:
Current enrollment in a degree program (sophomore, junior, or senior standing).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, formatting).
Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Interest in data management, business analysis, or technology systems.
Preferred:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of Salesforce, CRM systems, or database-driven applications.
Familiarity with agile practices, Confluence, or Jira.
