About the role
The Director of Clinical Operations will be responsible for coordinating with our associated medical group and our internal operations team to set clear guidelines, and provide relevant training for providers. This person will also be responsible for ensuring a consistent and compliant care experience for patients.
Responsibilities
- Understand the operational requirements of each indication and develop guidelines and best practices for providers in conjunction with the Clinical Executive Team
- Collaborate with content team to document policies and protocols
- Solicit provider feedback on current policies and procedures, suggesting improvements and efficiencies
- Provide training to providers around indication specific processes and best practices
- Ensure appropriate systems and mechanisms are in place to create consistent and accurate patient care and related reporting.
- Oversee adherence to policies and procedures, including adherence to HIPAA and insurance requirements
Requirements
- Master’s Degree with current active NP, PharmD, or MD licence
- 5+ years of patient care experience
- 3+ years of clinical operations leadership
- Experience with insurance & compliance a plus
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and adapt well to new processes
