In this role, you'll be the driving force behind how we deploy, observe, and scale our systems - making deployments faster, system health more visible, and infrastructure more self-service.</p> <p>Your focus will be on automating deployment patterns, building observability that actually surfaces signal over noise, and evolving our platforms to meet the demands of mission-critical trading.</p> <p>This role will be for our Chicago office.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Converge and improve application deployment patterns across containerized and non-containerized workloads</li> <li>Build self-service infrastructure provisioning using Terraform/Terragrunt and Ansible</li> <li>Drive CI/CD excellence and advocate for modern software delivery practices</li> <li>Enhance monitoring and alerting to enable proactive capacity management and early failure detection - without the noise</li> <li>Research and implement technologies that improve container orchestration, workload management, and system visibility</li> <li>Learn and support in-house tools for infrastructure management and deployment workflows</li> <li>Participate in on-call rotation to resolve trade-critical issues and identify opportunities for automation</li> <li>Maintain system security through regular patching, reporting, and compliance with security standards</li> <li>Challenge the status quo and advocate for mea
