Social Media Assistant

This is a remote position.

Scope:

• 20 hours per week (flexible hours anytime) with potential for additional administrative tasks (client's time: Arizona, USA)
  

• Manage and create content for all company social media accounts
  

• Oversee customer communication and follow-up processes
  

• Assist with digital marketing efforts, including ad campaigns and SEO optimization
  

• Contribute to website updates and improvements
  

• Monitor and report on social media performance and engagement metrics
  

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content for social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram
  

• Produce and edit short Instagram videos that align with the company’s brand
  

• Manage customer relationship management (CRM) tasks, including client communication via messaging or email
  

• Send follow-up emails to clients after service completion and manage review solicitation process
  

• Assist with Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
  

• Develop and implement content creation strategies that align with the company’s brand
  

• Update and maintain the company’s email signature and website
  

• Set up and manage a chatbot for improved customer interaction
  

• Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages
  

• Prepare weekly reports on social media performance and engagement metrics
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation; MUST submit social media management portfolio
  

• Proficiency in creating and editing short-form video content
  

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  

• Experience with CRM systems and email marketing
  

• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and Google Ads
  

• Familiarity with chatbot setup and management
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
