You will also be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, participating in negotiations with customers and suppliers, and driving partner and solution selection and productization in the industrial Wi-Fi space. Additionally, you will have access to a range of benefits that support your professional and personal growth, including competitive compensation, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career advancement within Nokia.</p> <ul><li>Act as WiFI solutions domain owner, driving required actions within ECE as well as externally.</li><li>Provide expertise in Wi-Fi and industrial communication technologies</li><li>Drive industrial Wi-Fi partner and solution selection and productization </li><li>Design, develop, and drive testing of Wi-Fi network utilization in OT related systems and services</li><li>Evolve existing solutions in the industrial communication area </li><li>Convert related architectural and business targets to implementable tasks</li><li>Drive technical roadmaps with key OEMs in the areas of Wi-Fi access points, PoE access switches and the related application vendors</li></ul> <ul><li>M.Sc. degree (or higher) in telecommunications, information technology or a related discipline</li><li>At least 15 years of relevant work experience from the field</li><li>Ability to drive targets through organizations, management experience.</li><li>Successful proven track record on enterprise Wi-Fi solution development and business.</li><li>Ability to create, document and communicate processes and procedures related to technical expertise areas</li><li><span>Mastering relevant technologies such as 802.11, 802.3, 802.1, TR-069/369, IP tunneling and routing protocols (IPsec, GRE, VXLAN, OSPF, BGP), etc.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity in depth with enterprise WiFi solutons and HW/SW components </span></li><li><span>Familiar with modern containerized platfoms including system internals (Kubernetes)</span></li></ul><p>Previous experience of the following areas provides additional value:  hands-on experience of wireless network design and debugging, automation network troubleshooting, expertise of Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Juniper, etc. networks, product management, participation in 802.11 and/or other relevant standardization activities. </p><p><strong>Personal attributes</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work autonomously on complex issues</li><li>Ability to adapt to and work in international and multi-site teams</li><li>Good English skills in speaking, reading and writing</li><li>Positive attitude towards communicating and educating about complex technical solutions</li><li>Proactive approach and initiative taking get-it-done attitude</li></ul> <p></p> <p><b><span>Come create the technology that helps the world act together<br/> </span></b><span><br/> Nokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
