We also provide RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) and in-house recruitment services (on-site or remote) for our clients in Europe.</p><p>🌐We are looking for a skilled Talent Partner to lead the sourcing efforts for mid-senior level talents on an international scale. Your role involves overseeing the entire recruiting process, ensuring the selection of individuals with the right capabilities, and collaborating closely with HR teams. Your expertise will be pivotal in securing successful placements for each project. If you have a proven track record in talent acquisition and are ready to take on this challenge, we'd love to hear from you!</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><p>· Deeply understand the clients' expectations and strategic considerations </p><p>· Identify, attract, and close candidates that align with hiring plans in EMEA, APAC and LATAM</p><p>· Work with the client on continuously improving employer brand, recruiting processes, and candidate experience</p><p>· Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate &amp; client experience to deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals</p><p>· Foster trust-based relationships with people both internally (client) and externally (potential hires)</p><p><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong></p><p>We are looking for someone who is result-driven, super hungry to learn, gets excited to take on new challenges, and wants to upskill his/her HR capabilities further.</p><p><strong>· Similar past experience in recruitment</strong></p><p><strong>· Fluency English and Spanish</strong></p><p>· Growth mindset and positive approach</p><p>· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly</p><p>· Experience interviewing mid to senior-level candidates </p><p>· Experience working with key stakeholders and leadership</p><p>· Takes ownership and effectively manages time and process across roles</p><p>Good internet connection &amp; healthy home office setup are required for the role</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>· Working in a growing company that values personal development </p><p>· Gain an international exposure and experience </p>
