We are seeking a HR Program Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the creation of program plans, while identifying and navigating potential risks/blockers. This new opportunity will report to the Sr. Manager, HR Program Operations and will contribute to overall program management by helping define and evolve processes, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and craft and implement communication strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate and support strategic partners on program implementation and execution, while managing project schedules and resources to support program initiatives and deliver results.
- Monitor and track progress against program/project plans to ensure schedules, milestones, resources, and other key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics are met.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leaders leveraging data and analytics, and proactively escalating issues in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements and provide solutions to team leadership focused on high customer service standards and reduction of rework.
- Drive end to end logistical support for program event deliverables in areas such as communications, enrollment, attendance/meeting management, and closeout.
- Partner with leaders and their teams to execute and support HR tools and resources. This includes implementing processes/systems to help set managers and employees up for success.
- Capture, document, and manage all project requirements and objectives in the appropriate platforms and tools and maintain consistent reporting across multiple projects.
- Provide HR communications support in the development and execution of communications related to projects and program initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, providing insights to refine strategies based on feedback, data, and metrics.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned which may include supporting and implementing initiatives across all U.S. and global locations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of project management and HR-related experience.
- Ability to achieve results in a challenging environment and work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Able to build and manage reporting tools to support programs such as scorecards and KPI metrics to further drive insights around program strategy and adoption.
- Able to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a demanding environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels achieving collaboration, consensus, and results.
- Ability to lead with data driven decision making.
- Experience in supporting, executing, and maintaining HR projects and programs.
- Effective verbal/written communication, editing, and presentation skills.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint), and report preparation and updating.
- Experience with information systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS/HCM, and shared folders).

US: Hiring Range in USD from $30.29 to $60.63 per hour; from: $63,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
