Job Description

Our Team is currently seeking a Business Analyst intern for Compass Technology Group based in Charlotte, NC. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and learn from a team with varied strengths. You should be a team player who is a self-starter that can work independently on multiple projects. You should be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who understands the importance of deadlines. This internship is based in Charlotte, NC.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation of SAP processes
• SAP HR, Payroll, Benefits Configuration
• Test documentation/processing
• Business partner meetings
• Prepare documentation for various SAP processes
• Assist with configuration of SAP
• Assist with automated testing tool setup
• Participate in team/business partner meetings

What you will learn:

• System configuration
• Business partnership and relationship development
• Prioritization
• Test automation and exposure to Enterprise Suite of HR solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing an Information Systems or Technology degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Successfully manages time, workflow and schedule in order to meet strict and sometimes aggressive deadlines with consistent quality performance
• Works quickly and efficiently with focus and a keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and follow direction from supervisory positions and team members to complete projects
• Excelling written and verbal communication skills
• Must take pride in their work and be passionate about design
