Who are we looking for?

The IT Intern, Global Business Systems will be assigned tasks to learn and explore specific topics and later apply those learnings in order to tackle specific challenges in one or more business areas.

What will you be doing?

The IT Intern will explore and learn the basic concepts of SAP ECC, and will be able to:

• Understand general structure of SAP ERPs
• Understand at high level what:
  • SAP ERP Modules are and the processes they support
  • SAP ERP Organizational elements, master data and documents ae
  • Data is stored for each process and where it resides

Explore and learn the basic concepts of business analsys & Project Management, and will be able to understand:

• the Role of Business Analyst and Project Manager
• the nature and usage of Generic PMP Methodologies & Toolset (Charter, WBS, RACI, etc.)
• how to create a Project Plan and Manage while tracking progress against it

They will apply the learnings and experience by:

• Partnering with a business area to discuss shortcomings in information/data that should be coming from ERPs
• Preparing a Project Charter that:
  • Identifies the benefits of resolving the need
  • Identifies the major components of the solution required
  • Identifies the key resources needed
  • Drafts the major milestones of the plan to deliver a solution to the need
• Mobilizing a Team for delivering the solution to the need in the form of a Project
