About the Job-Your Role
Two River Correctional Institution (TRCI) located in Umatilla OR, is looking for a motivated and self-driven individual. This person needs to be able to work individually and in a team environment that will be within a high stress environment. Ideal candidate would have experience in a commercial kitchen setting with experience in coordinating workflow of assigned workers. The candidate would be experienced in enforcing rules, policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. They would also have experience directing, instructing, and coordinating work crew/team members. Sanitation operations and food preparations and service would be at the lead level or higher. Requisition supplies and knowledge of inventory of products and supplies pertaining to a commercial kitchen. Must have the ability to understand food production for large customer base and be able accurate measure quantity and deliver products to the customer without delay.
