Job Description
This position will provide information to current and prospective students regarding the facets of student enrollment services from admissions through graduation. This position will rotate between providing support via the call center, remotely, and in-person services. This position will also provide electronic services to students via email and text. Flexibility is a must as the employee may be required to work from different campus locations or remotely.
This position is temporary part-time, not to exceed 28 hours per week, maximum 9-month assignment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed high school diploma OR GED
- Two years of relevant work experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position OR a combination of related education plus relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned totaling two years.
- Additional years of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position.

This position works in Enrollment Services to provide customer service to new and current students with enrollment related processes, procedures, and information.
- Based on the number of questions and possible answers provided on the application for admission related to residency classification, this position must be knowledgeable with all state and institutional residency policies/guidelines.
- In order to provide students with a comprehensive enrollment process, this position will assist students with every aspect of enrollment: from admission through registration
- This position provides customer service to new and current students regarding financial aid.

- Ability to provide high-level customer service with individuals and groups in-person, over the phone, via
- email, and via text-message.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, and public speaking and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of college processes, academic programs, and relevant state and federal policies and regulations.
