- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities between business needs and existing solutions.
- Translate business objectives into Agile-friendly user stories and technical designs.
- Design scalable, distributed, and resilient AI/ML solutions for enterprise use.
- Architect multi-agent orchestration workflows, where specialized AI agents collaborate to solve complex tasks.
- Convert high-level designs into detailed solution components (mock screens, pseudocode, functional logic).
- Evaluate trade-offs across performance, scalability, and cost.
- Research, prototype, and implement Agentic AI applications leveraging frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Build and optimize multi-agent orchestration pipelines, enabling task decomposition, coordination, and collaboration among AI agents.

- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML and agent-based applications into production.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Node.js, and modern frameworks (Spring Boot, LangChain, LangGraph).
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks and LLM-powered workflows.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native platforms (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with GraphQL and databases (Azure SQL, Cassandra, Cosmos DB).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and disaster recovery.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tool
