JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Penn State Brandywine’s Academic Affairs department is seeking a research assistant to work hybrid (on-campus and remote) for its Psychology division.

Job Duties

• The research assistant will primarily search Penn State and other information databases for studies relevant to gender attitude development and code relevant results for a meta-analysis.

Requirements and Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have experience in library database searching and in understanding research methods.
• Some knowledge of basic inferential statistics is a plus. Preference will be given to applicants with a bachelor’s degree in psychology or related social science, as well as strong research skills.

This opening is part-time, typically 10 hours per week, and pays $15 per hour. For full consideration, please submit a completed application and resume.
