Construction Worker - TX - On Site

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at construction sites. This includes loading and unloading materials, assembling and disassembling temporary structures, and operating heavy machinery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in building structures for residential, business, and construction sites.
• Participate in demolitions and clear debris.
• Load and unload construction materials.
• Operate and maintain various tools and equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks.
• Prepare and apply construction materials to build structures or fill gaps.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
• Ensure all safety regulations are followed on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a construction worker or similar role.
• Knowledge of basic construction principles and methods.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Working Condition

• Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions.
• May involve heavy lifting and strenuous activities.
