 We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to oversee our conference presence and ensure our brand is effectively represented at industry events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and event management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale conferences and exhibitions. This position will manage the US convention presence for both the Coronary and Renal Denervation business units, spanning across proceduralist and referrer audiences.

A day in the Life:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance our presence at medical conferences and industry events.
  • Manage all aspects of conference planning, including booth design, logistics, staffing, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze conference performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including event organizers, industry partners, and healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our conference presence remains competitive and impactful.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and 7 years of marketing and event managment or an advanced degree and 5 years.

Nice to Have:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful conference strategies.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in conference management.
  • Ability to travel as needed to attend conferences and industry events.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$152,000.00 - $228,000.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
