Job Description

• Track customers daily requests, shipping requirements, and releases through various customer portals
• Provide Production Team Members with customer requests, daily requirements, and releases
• Prepare Pick Lists and Manifests for Picker/Packers to pull customers’ orders
• Create BOL’s for shipments using various customers Logistics Portals
• Prepare customer/drivers paperwork for shipments
• Submit daily ASN’s for all orders shipped
• Follow up with Accounting Team Members on any billing issues
• Monitor and respond to customer email communications
• Manage a file system to file customer paperwork
• Coordinate UPS/FedEx shipments to customers
• Perform any and all other clerical tasks as assigned

Qualifications

    High School diploma or GED required
•    Minimum of 1year previous work experience required
•    Operator in Manufacturing environment experience preferred
•    Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•    Ability to perform duties independently or in a team environment.
•    Good verbal and written communication skills.
•    Must be able to work flexible schedule, including shift, overtime and weekends
