Job Summary
Organizes and facilitates shift activities to deliver quality care following evidence-based standards of care. Serves as the day-to-day immediate resource for the respiratory therapy team. Prioritizing initiatives and process improvements. Leads and supervises staff to ensure workforce standards are demonstrated in the delivery of patient care. Collaborates with inpatient care teams, outpatient testing, and serves as an advocate for intradepartmental relations. Performs patient care on a weekly basis.
