You will oversee, train, and evaluate pre-licensed trainees and early-career practitioners who provide community-based mental health services to at-risk youth.</p> <p data-path-to-node="4">Your primary responsibility is to ensure high-quality care by mentoring staff and building their clinical competencies within a multidisciplinary team framework. You will also manage compliance, ensuring all supervisees meet licensing, supervision, billing, and documentation requirements.
