<div class="content-intro"><p>WestCoast Children’s Clinic, located in Oakland, California, is a non-profit community psychology clinic that provides mental health services to Bay Area children, youth and families. <strong><em>Working at WestCoast Children’s Clinic means being part of an organization that is client-centered, trauma-informed, collaborative, and committed to justice and equity.&nbsp;</em></strong></p></div><h3><strong>Position Details&nbsp;</strong></h3> <p><strong>Title</strong>: Clinical Supervisor - Various Programs (see descriptions below)</p> <p><strong>Classification</strong>: Regular Full Time and Part-Time options available</p> <p><strong>Location</strong>: Oakland, CA / Hybrid</p> <p><strong>Regular Work Schedule</strong>: Monday-Friday&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Salary range: $90,000-$98,000 per year (Full-Time)</li> <li>Additional 10% differential for qualified Spanish-speaking candidates</li> </ul> <p data-path-to-node="3">WestCoast Children’s Clinic is hiring experienced <strong>Clinical Supervisors</strong> to support our EMPOWR, C-Change, Outpatient, and/or STAT programs. You will oversee, train, and evaluate pre-licensed trainees and early-career practitioners who provide community-based mental health services to at-risk youth.</p> <p data-path-to-node="4">Your primary responsibility is to ensure high-quality care by mentoring staff and building their clinical competencies within a multidisciplinary team framework. You will also manage compliance, ensuring all supervisees meet licensing, supervision, billing, and documentation requirements. Finally, you will partner directly with Program Directors to shape clinic policies, procedures, and training needs.</p> <h3><strong>Programs:</strong></h3> <p>Our clinical programs provide team-based trauma-informed care that supports youth through every phase of treatment and healing.&nbsp; Multidisciplinary teams collaborate closely with youth/participants, their families, and community partners to promote safety, stability, and long-term wellness.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>EMPOWR (EM</strong>bracing<strong> P</strong>rogress<strong> </strong>and<strong> O</strong>pportunities<strong>, W</strong>e<strong> R</strong>ise<strong>) </strong></span><strong><br></strong></p> <p>This program serves transition-aged youth (ages 16–24) facing serious mental health challenges, substance use, community violence, exploitation, or system involvement.
