Staff Accountant Needed

Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking for a role that balances traditional accounting with billing responsibilities? We’re looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining financial accuracy while also managing billing processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and process equipment billing efficiently and accurately.

• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Prepare financial reports and analyses to support decision-making.

• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable transactions for accuracy.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve billing inquiries.

• Handle payroll-related tasks as needed.

• Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Experience & Requirements:

• Dallas, TX - based position

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Reports to: VP of Accounting
