Description
Catholic Charities New Hampshire is looking for a full-time Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) to join our team. The RBOM is responsible for the oversight of the billing, collection and facility-based financial functions of several operating Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities operating throughout New Hampshire. Additionally, the RBOM will assist Senior Leadership in establishing and maintaining systems that are compliant with State and Federal reimbursement regulations, accounting standards and Catholic Charities New Hampshire (CCNH).

Job duties:
· Supervise multiple Business Office Managers in 3 to 5 facilities, with regularly scheduled visits
· Cover for and perform business office duties during Business Office Manager time away
· Prepare detailed financial reports for home office and senior management
· Monitor facilities for compliance with state and federal regulations related to billing
· Oversee timely billing and collection of Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance and private pay claims in all centers
· Monitor reimbursement, regulatory and operational requirements to ensure compliance and effective billing and collections practices
· Provide training and coaching to Business Office Managers and perform monthly A/R and Compliance reviews for each Business Office
· Assist with supporting the financial system configuration of PointClickCare software
· Assist with annual audit preparation and schedules
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Management, and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
· 5+ years’ experience in Long-Term Care/Rehabilitation Center business office management
· Multi-facility experience or experience in an entity of similar financial scale and complexity
· Experience with and in-depth knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems, Medicare clearing house software and Medicaid software
· Must be fully versed in all aspects of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance billing, collections, account adjudication and reimbursement issues related to Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities
