ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN

$20/ hour

Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist duties and assist with day-to-day office operations
• Support operational teams with general office and administrative tasks
• Manage data entry and documentation organization for internal records
• Monitor office inventory levels and initiate supply ordering when needed
• Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal communications
• Help maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents
• Provide support to multiple departments as needed

Skills Needed

• Proactive and organized approach to tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
