We are looking for a Project Manager for Automation projects for our Consumer Electronics processing. You will take part in the continuous improvement of our processes. In this position you will get a completely new perspective on customer electronics like smartphones, tablets or gaming consoles. As we are responsible for our key processing steps in rebuys value chain, you can shape the company's future. The job is about finding opportunities in our processing steps, bringing up options for improvements and running change projects to bring these options to life. If you like digging into new things constantly, talking to people to figure out which needs they and their processes have and taking responsibility for improving your findings, you are the new rebuyer we are searching for.
Key Responsibilities:
You will analyze our processes (focus: grading of consumer electronics) and you’ll find potentials where we can improve
You will search for tools (software, hardware) on the market and evaluate them according to our process and quality standards
You will communicate with vendors and discuss functions and improvements of their tools
You will drive the decision process for our continuous improvement process in our CE processing by proposing different options like ‘make or buy’
You will run the implementation project together with our tech teams, operations and other departments
You will work on our automation strategy together with heads and managers
Requirements
You have completed studies or education with a technical profession or a similar qualification
You are an experienced, well organized project manager and you enjoy working autonomously
You have experience in process management, requirements engineering and change management
You are interested in consumer electronics such as smartphones, tablets and gaming consoles and their characteristics, you are interested in the consumer electronics market, trends and developments
You have an understanding of technology, ideally in the field of automation or software development
You have a good understanding of product quality
You are proactive, a strong communicator and you have very good skills in English language (German and Polish language skills are a big plus)
