For our location in Wageningen, we are looking for an HR Manager.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The <strong>HR Manager</strong> is responsible for <strong>setting up and implementing the HR policy</strong>, which is in line with the objectives of Eurofins Agro. In the role of HR Manager, you <strong>determine the HR strategy together with the team</strong>. You are part of the Management Team Eurofins Agro and are sparring partner for the management. You are responsible for <strong>optimizing the HR services, processes and systems</strong>. In addition, you take care of the development and implementation of leadership development, absence management, recruitment policy, succession management, talent management and sustainable employability.</p><p>A key responsibility is culture change and supporting leadership growth within the organization.  You will continuously strive for improvement and efficiency in HR processes. <strong>You will manage a team of four HR professionals and report to the Managing Director.</strong></p><p><strong>Job requirements</strong></p><p>To perform this position within Eurofins Agro successfully <strong>you possess</strong>:</p><ul><li>business acumen,</li><li>organizational sensitivity,</li><li>hands-on mentality,</li><li>a natural connecting attitude that makes others feel comfortable,</li><li>the knowledge of how to take the business in the transition we want to make.</li></ul><p><strong>You are</strong>:</p><ul><li>sociable,</li><li>honest,</li><li>a pleasant but firm interlocutor,</li><li>visible within the organization,</li><li>able to go for results and knowledgeable of how to achieve them together with all stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>A completed Bachelor or Academic level, preferably focused on HRM or Business Administration,</li><li>Minimum of 10 years work experience in a similar position,</li><li>Experience in developing an HR vision and strategy,</li><li>Good knowledge of laws and regulations within the HR field (e.g. labor law, pension legislation),</li><li>Knowledge of employment conditions and experience with collective bargaining is an advantage,</li><li>Proven ability to stimulate culture change and leadership development,</li><li>Experience with implementation succession management, talent management and other relevant HR processes,</li><li>Decisive, pragmatic and results-oriented,</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English,</li><li>Through your enthusiasm and positivity you can bring people along in change processes,</li><li>Extensive experience in inspiring, guiding and coaching employees.     </li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>At Eurofins, we believe it is important that you get the best out of yourself.
