Senior Customer Service Representative (f/m/d) in Debt Collection

What you can do with us:

• Confident communication with clients, consumers and third parties (e.g. lawyers) via e-mail, chat and letter and the solution-oriented and competent support of the requests.
• Handling of legal issues, such as inquiries from debt counseling agencies, or criminal charges and being a contact person for the bailiff on court files. 
• Being available as a contact person for your colleagues, clients and customers in case of technically complex topics and legal issues.
• Process files in a commercially effective manner and maintain CRM systems.
• Collecting feedback from clients and customers and thus supporting the improvement of technology and services.
• Further development of internal processes and structures to strengthen the own team.

What you should bring for it:

• Several years (5+) of experience in customer service with a focus on receivables management/debt collection.
• Passion for contributing to fast-paced environments and to continuously improve processes and standards.
• Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Good MS Office skills and a passion for new technologies such as AI.
• A completed MBO level 4 education is mandatory.
• A completed NVI basic course is a requirement and a completed NVI problematic debt course is a plus.
