<p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Location: Bucharest, Romania   </p> <p>Remote Work: Hybrid</p> <p> </p> <p>The Opportunity<br/>  </p> <ul> <li>Maintain and develop EMEA FP&amp;A and wider finance organization processes and system solutions contributing to EMEA finance organization's quality and efficiency with the primary focus on SAP profitability reporting solutions (SAP FI COPA). Participate at the process change management with the aforementioned objective. Focus on roll-out and further development of software solutions in EMEA finance, based on objectives of the organization.</li> <li>Provide centralized process expertize, supporting EMEA regional, business units or country level, functional and shared service finance teams. Take direct, coordinational or consultant role at multiple EMEA finance and cross-functional projects. Act of the finance process expert for the fleet, replacement and other sales models. Co-own the process documentation and keep it up to date.</li> <li>Act at the interface of the finance and IT areas and bring the needed agility and flexibility to the preparation of system solutions, assessing needs for change and process improvement, prioritizing and enabling the solutions. Oversee SAP FI COPA solutions in the area of fleet, replacement and other sales models. Assess, deploy and offer to the finance business users advanced and effective solutions and features in the areas of SAP FI COPA.</li> <li>Be responsible for continuity and quality of finance systems and reporting and forecasting solutions. Ensure the systems and solutions are meeting the needs and are available throughout the reporting and forecast cycles. Participate at the control of interfaces with other systems. Promote required security and privacy.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Main Duties And Responsibilities</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Ensure continuity and quality of finance systems in the area of SAP FI COPA throughout the monthly cycles and as per business requirements. Assess the available system tools, their fit for the purpose and a potential enhancement or replacement. Support quality and effective completion of the monthly closing cycles, provide expertise and lead issue resolution.</li> <li>Participate at the governance of the finance process improvement and process maintenance for the fleet, replacement and other sales models, including the change management. Participate at the knowledge management, especially partnering with the business finance responsible / GBS teams.</li> <li>Support key projects in the area of SAP FI COPA, promarily focusing on the fleet, replacement and other sales models and related profitability reporting. Act as internal consultant for the available system solutions for ongoing projects and oversee proper functional adaptation &amp; integration of future changes in processes and systems. As part of the project support, provide necessary process and system guidance to the appointed Testing Coordinator(s).</li> <li>Identify and enable process enhancements to allow for increased visibility, integration and automation. Identify, make assessment of and drive to the implementation cases where one country solution can apply to all, where best practice and common standard can replace diverse country solutions and where there is an opportunity to replace manual processes with enhanced system solutions.</li> <li>Integrate business needs and IT solutions. By a direct involvement in the preparation of the solutions strive for the needed flexibility and agility. Focus on fit of solutions to the user needs, process needs and quality and assurance of related financial reporting.<br/>  </li> </ul> <p>To Join Our Team You Will Need<br/>  </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in finance, information systems, data analysis and processing, business administration or similar areas or a lower degree accompanied with a profound experience in the area</li> <li>Master's degree in finance, information systems, data analysis and processing, business administration or similar areas (desired)</li> <li>Broad finance area and data analysis experience (5-10 years)</li> <li>Proven experience with the SAP FI COPA processes at the expert level (5-10 years)</li> <li>Work experience should include substantial involvement with a cross-section of core Goodyear or comparable company business processes, including Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory &amp; Supply Chain Management (min 5 years)</li> <li>Experience of acting as super user or expert for critical business and finance applications.</li> <li>Project experience</li> <li>Experience of working in structured organizations, across country and region</li> <li>Good business knowledge and ability to show linkage between process &amp; system functionality.</li> <li>Financial acumen and advanced analytical skills.</li> <li>Knowledge and proven ability to design and administrate SAP FI COPA solutions.
