Key Responsibilities:

• Investor Support: Assist in managing investor files, onboarding, and updates.
• Documentation: Participate in collecting necessary documentation from investors and partners.
• Compliance Liaison: Ensure compliance with Tax, AML/KYC, and Legal requirements by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Communication: Provide excellent service to investors and partners through timely communication and responses.
• Follow-ups: Proactively ensure that all documentation is completed prior to trade dates.
• Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve investor queries efficiently.
• Onboarding Process: Support various administrative tasks related to onboarding and closing procedures.

What you should bring

• Education: Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Working experience in investor services, investor relations, private equity, wealth management, or similar areas is advantageous.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with REIT & DST structures and transfer agents is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms like Salesforce, excellent communication skills, highly organized, and able to work under pressure.

• 401K: Bridge Investment Group will contribute to your account equal to 100% of the first 4% of pay which you contribute to the plan. These contributions belong 100% to the employee upon their contribution. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled contributing 4%, with up to 6% company match, with the option to opt out. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
• Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
• 11 Paid Holidays per year.
• Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
• Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
