Position Details:


Schedule: Work 3 out of 4 weekends each month


Option 1: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (7am-7p or 7pm-7am)
Option 2: Saturday, Sunday, Monday (7am-7p or 7pm-7am)

Responsibilities:


Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting
Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patient conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver the highest quality of care

Qualifications
Current RN license in the State of Delaware
Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred, but not required
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care
